Why would anyone have tens of windows open at work (may be at home too) and for say, months together?
Even a software update restart prompt would not enlighten them to shutdown all the open applications and do a restart.
The later comment is, the machine is unbeatably slow. Never ever saw such a system. Why cannot the company offer better work stations.
Come on! They are not eternal and perish if not taken care; be it you, me, or any man made thing.
